		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your comment Sarah - please read my latest post on this topic.  I think it certainly is a factor that will affect our water resources in the future.  I can see all of us - urban and agriculture - making changes in how we do things on a daily and longterm basis to adjust to changing resources and climate.   In 20 to 40 years it may swing back the other way?  Who knows?  mm]]></description>
