Help Wanted: Advertising Coordinator

Position Available:  Full time Advertising Salesperson/Ad Coordinator

Requirements:

Pleasant outgoing personality, personable individual.
Type 25 wpm or better;
Basic computer skills plus good aptitude;
Basic Internet skills, email, web research;
Excellent English, spelling, punctuation and grammar skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Self-starter, and must work well with team.


Compensation:

Negotiable, depends on experience
60-day trial period


The Ad Sales/Ad Coordinator is a key position in our business and must perform a variety of tasks on a monthly basis as well as expand her/his role as necessary to help other team members. A vital part of the Ad Coordinator's job is to sell advertising for our two monthly magazines and our website.

At the discretion of the editor, the full time position may have slightly flexible hours for picking up/dropping off school kids. Keeping regular work hours is expected. 

Benefits consist of a number of paid holidays and a 1-week (5-working-day) vacation after 1 year of service.
